What 𪍌 means
It appears in one specific grain-dish name.
The farming and cookery manual Qimin Yaoshu (compiled in 533–544 CE) describes the 𪌳𪍌 recipe: soaked cooked millet is mixed with flour, shaped, steamed, dried, then boiled and served in broth.
The Jiyun, a Chinese pronunciation-and-rhyme dictionary from the Song dynasty (compiled in 1037–1039), and the Kangxi Dictionary gloss the pair 䴸𪍌 as 粟粥 (millet porridge). Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary instead gives a chestnut-porridge gloss.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪍌 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
