What 𪏺 means
It names a strong, pleasant fragrance.
The early Chinese character dictionary Shuowen Jiezi defines 苾 as a strong fragrance. The character dictionary Yupian gives the same sense for 𪏺; the pronunciation dictionary Jiyun records it as a variant of 苾. 𪏺 uses 黍 (millet), while 苾 uses 艹 (grass).
In Dadai Liji, a classical Chinese book of ritual teachings, 苾 describes a cultivated person’s company as fragrant as a room of orchids and angelica.
Why might 𪏺 show as a box?
Your font may not include this uncommon glyph.
Taiwan’s CNS11643 character database said in 2024 that Windows 10 and later included it in the default MingLiU and DFKai-SB fonts. Other fonts may lack it, leaving a blank box.

1Why does 𪏺 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
