What 𪘡 means
It describes teeth set at uneven angles.
In Chinese character lists, 𪘡 is an alternate form of 齹. The Shuowen Jiezi, an early character dictionary completed around 100 CE, records 𪙸 as an older form and glosses 齹 as uneven teeth. 齒 means “tooth”; 差 hints at the sound.
The Zuo Zhuan uses 齹 in 子齹, a personal name in its account of 526 BCE. Guangyun (1008 CE), a rhyme dictionary, records 𪘓 for uneven teeth and 齹 for tooth root. Japanese character references list the linked form with the reading サ (sa).

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪘡 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
