What 𪙃 means
Its core sense is teeth that do not line up. The Kangxi Dictionary cites the Wuyin Pianhai, another Chinese character dictionary, as equating 𪙃 with 齵.
The related character 齵 appears in the Shuowen Jiezi, a Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE. It defines 齵 as “teeth not straight” and analyzes it as 齒 (the tooth element) plus 禺 (a sound component). Classical Chinese texts also use 齵 for unevenness more broadly; another dictionary records a separate sense of teeth falling out and growing back.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪙃 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
