What 𪚪 means
Both readings are recorded in Chinese dictionaries.
The 2nd-century Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, calls it a turtle name. It says 龜 gives the meaning and 𠂂 the sound; the entry calls 𠂂 an old form of 終.
Zhonghua Zihai (1994), a Chinese character dictionary, equates 𪚪 with 终, the simplified form of 終 (“end”). That is a separate dictionary record.

1Why does 𪚪 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
