What 𪞚 means
Japanese: “to break”; qin notation: a note marker.
The Kanchi-in manuscript of the Ruiju Myōgishō, a medieval Japanese dictionary, records やぶる; a Japanese reference classifies 𪞚 as a kanji created in Japan.
In the Qing-era qin manual Qínlǜ Yīdé (1896/97), 𪞚 marks pitch 2 in a higher register on the guqin, a Chinese seven-string zither. Here 冫 marks the higher-pitch series.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪞚 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
