What 𪟎 means
It is an alternate written form of 㔋.
An older dictionary called Yupian gives 㔋 the sense “cut finely.” The later Kangxi Dictionary cites Tang/Song rhyme books—dictionaries that group characters by sound—for its readings, and also records “sharp” and “sharp knife.”
In a 2020 account of Haian, Jiangsu, speakers call a local meat preparation zān-ròu, written 㔋肉; the meat is sliced finely rather than minced, and the account links it with Yangzhou lion-head meatballs. It spells that word with 㔋, not 𪟎.

1Why does 𪟎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
