What 𪟻 means
It labels 雙綽 in a qin fingering guide.
樂經或問 is a Qing-era guide to the guqin, a seven-string Chinese zither. In its list of left-hand fingering signs, 𪟻 appears beside 雙綽.
Chuo is a Chinese qin term for sliding the left hand along a string into a note. 雙綽 repeats that movement: the player slides once, lifts and resets the finger slightly, then slides again. Here, 𪟻 marks the playing instruction.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪟻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
