What 𪠭 means
It writes trở as “return” or “come back.”
Chữ Nôm was developed to write Vietnamese by adapting Chinese characters and their parts. One scholarly periodization places Proto-Nôm in the 8th–9th centuries. A 2007 Hanoi catalog made for computer encoding includes this glyph.
𪠭 vs 阻: what is the difference?
They share a Vietnamese reading but have different written uses.
Trần Văn Kiệm’s Hán-Nôm dictionary lists 𪠭 for “trở về” (“return”); the HVDic dictionary lists 阻 for “cản trở” (“hinder”). The sound alone does not settle which written form is meant.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪠭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
