What 𪡕 means
Taiwan records it for use in personal names. In 2006, a Taiwan evidence file tied source code TC-5344 to government name records checked against household registers. It gives the Mandarin reading in untoned Pinyin, the Latin-letter system for Mandarin: “wen.”
Does 𪡕 mean “kiss”?
No; 吻 is one component, not the whole character. A character-structure listing places 吻 left of 勿. In Chinese, 吻 means “lips” or “kiss”; that gloss does not automatically apply to 𪡕.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪡕 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
