What 𪣜 means
A rare name character, read xiù in Taiwan’s official database.
Taiwan’s official CNS11643 database traces this graph to household-registration characters. The sixth-century history of Northern Wei, the Wei Shu, writes one official’s name as 𪣜 in one passage and 琇 elsewhere. That spelling connection is attested for this person; it does not establish that the glyphs can be swapped in other names.
The 2024 Taiwan CNS11643 entry says Windows 10 and later include the glyph in the default MingLiU and DFKai Chinese fonts; it also lists a CNS font package for Windows 7–11.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪣜 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
