What 𪥊 means
It is a rare form of 佅, a music term. The Book of Rites, a classic Chinese book about rituals, uses 昧 for music of the Dongyi, a label in Chinese writing for peoples described as living to the east. Ban Gu's poem Eastern Capital Rhapsody places 佅 in a court scene with music from surrounding peoples.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪥊 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
