What 𪥽 means
𪥽 is a Japanese-made character for おみな, an older woman.
It is a kokuji, a kanji created in Japan. A specialist character dictionary suggests 女 (“woman”) and 長 (“long”) may have been combined for this meaning, but treats that explanation as tentative.
The earliest recorded reading appears in Shinsen Jikyō, a Japanese character dictionary compiled around 900, where it is written phonetically as 於弥奈 (omina). Its only complete surviving manuscript was copied in 1124.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪥽 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
