What 𪨋 means
𪨋 is a rare form of 侹, meaning “long” or “straight.”
The Shuowen Jiezi, a character dictionary compiled by the Han dynasty scholar Xu Shen around 100 CE, glosses 侹 as “long in appearance,” “lying on the ground,” and “replace.” Its analysis uses 人 as a person-related meaning cue and 廷 as a sound cue.
The first-century CE Fangyan, compiled by Yang Xiong as a dictionary of regional Chinese speech, records 侹 for “replace” in the Jiang-Huai and Chen-Chu regions; Qi, another region, used 佚.

1Why does 𪨋 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
