What 𪹷 means
It has three recorded Vietnamese readings.
An annotated Nôm dictionary cites nắng in Lý hạng, nến in Truyện Kiều (a long Vietnamese poem), and nướng in Thiên Nam, a historical text. These are separate words, not one meaning that changed over time.
Chữ Nôm wrote Vietnamese with Chinese characters and locally made forms. Modern Vietnamese is generally written with the Latin-based quốc ngữ script. One scholarly timeline traces an early Nôm stage to the 8th–9th centuries; a surviving stone inscription at Hộ Thành dated 1343 is among the script’s earliest secure records. Those dates describe Nôm, not this individual character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪹷 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
