What 𫃃 means
It is a rare Han character with a personal-name history. Unicode records 奺 as a source form for 𫃃. The Han-era Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, describes 𡚰 as a character used in women’s names; its parts are 女 (“woman”) and 久, the sound element. Chinese lexicons list 奺 as a variant of 𡚰.
Chinese references give the linked form the Mandarin reading jiǔ; Japanese kanji references give 奺 the readings kyū and ku.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫃃 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension C block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
