What 𫃻 means
A written form for 络 (luò), a network of branching channels.
The acupuncture manual Zhenjiu Dacheng (a guide to treatment with fine needles), from China's Ming dynasty, was first printed in 1601. It uses 𫃻 in 𫃻之与孙脉. Here 络 (luò) names the small channels that branch through the body in traditional Chinese medicine; 孙脉 refers to finer branches in the same network.
A Qing gazetteer (a regional history and reference book) uses 山川之脉𫃻會歸 for connected courses of mountains and rivers. The network image here shifts from bodily channels to the landscape.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫃻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
