What 𫊴 means
In Vietnamese Nôm, 𫊴 means “leech.” Its Vietnamese reading is tác.
Chữ Nôm is a historical Vietnamese writing system that adapted Chinese characters and their parts to write Vietnamese. After Vietnam regained independence in 939, scholars developed Nôm to record their own language.
Sawndip is the traditional square writing system for Zhuang, a language spoken in southern China. It draws on Chinese characters and is documented from the Tang and Song dynasties onward; people used it in legal complaints, contracts, ritual texts, songs, stories, family records, letters, and inscriptions. 𫊴 appears in the 1989 Dictionary of Ancient Zhuang Characters (古壮字字典). Read tác in Vietnamese Nôm context; the Zhuang record belongs to a separate language tradition.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫊴 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
