What 𫌢 means
It means “look or watch”; a lexicon also lists “tend.” Chữ Nôm adapted Chinese characters and new graphs to write Vietnamese.
A Nôm dictionary equates 𫌢 with 𥈶, glossed “look, see.” It cites 𥈶 in Hồng Đức poetry from the 15th century and Truyền kỳ mạn lục, a Vietnamese story collection from the 16th century. Vietnam’s 2007 Hán-Nôm catalog lists the exact glyph.
