What 𫌭 means
It means to watch or keep an eye on someone.
The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary compiled during the Eastern Han dynasty, records the older form 覹 with this sense. Later dictionaries gloss it as discreetly observing someone.
The left side 见 (“see”) corresponds to traditional 見; 微 is the sound component.
An obscure historical verb; give it context in ordinary messages.
Alone, it does not say what is being watched.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫌭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
