What 𫍍 means
It is a Nôm form of 酌 used for “plan” or “stratagem.”
Chữ Nôm was Vietnam’s historical script for writing Vietnamese with Chinese and locally made forms. Nôm dictionaries equate 𫍍 with 酌 and cite 酌 in Truyện Kiều, the Vietnamese narrative poem: “Ba mươi sáu chước, chước gì là hơn” (“Thirty-six stratagems; which stratagem is best?”). The older form 酌 appears in Shang oracle-bone and Western Zhou bronze writing; 酉 marks wine, while 勺 hints at the sound. Its meanings include pouring wine, drinking, and deliberating.
