What 𫍮 means
It belongs to a character family about tangled speech and bending. A bronze form of 詘 served as a name; later bamboo-strip copies of the Chinese classic Laozi use it for bending. The second-century dictionary Shuowen Jiezi records 誳 as a form of 詘, glossed as tangled speech or bending.
In 𫍮/誳, 言 marks the speech link; 誳 uses 屈 where 詘 uses 出 as its sound cue. Han Yu’s Tang-era phrase 佶屈聱牙 describes the old Zhou and Shang documents as hard to read aloud.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫍮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
