What 𫓴 means
A spear: a long-handled weapon used for thrusting. 𫓴 is a simplified-form variant of 鉾, which Chinese reference works list as another written form of 矛. The early Chinese dictionary Shuowen Jiezi describes 矛 as a weapon mounted on a war chariot. In Japan, accounts of related 矛/鉾 forms describe battle use through the late Heian period and ceremonial roles at court and shrines.
