What 𫗋 means
Because its older form 飋 is a wind word. 《玉篇》, an early Chinese character dictionary compiled around 543 by Gu Yewang, glosses 飋 as autumn wind. In 飋, 風 is the wind radical and 瑟 is the sound component. A Tang poem by Wang Zhou repeats 飋 as 飋飋 to evoke wind noise.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫗋 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension C block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
