What 𫗟 means
It names a steamed cake made from glutinous rice.
Fangyan, a Western Han glossary of regional words, lists 䬧 among names for 餌. A Qing-era commentary on Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary, describes 餌 as glutinous rice ground, shaped into a cake, then steamed. The Qing-era language scholar Wang Niansun connects 䬧 with 圜 (“round”) and says people of his day called round cakes 䬧.

1Why does 𫗟 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
