What 𫭕 means
Read it as Vietnamese tròn, “round.” Chữ Nôm is a historical Vietnamese script adapted from Chinese writing.
Tròn also means “complete” or “fulfilled,” as in làm tròn bổn phận (“fulfil one’s duty”). The surrounding sentence tells you which sense fits.
How did it appear in Nôm?
It appears in Nôm poetry.
The 15th-century poetry collection Quốc âm thi tập includes Nguyễn Trãi’s line “Thấy nguyệt tròn thì kể tháng” (“See the moon round, then count the months”). Its Nôm pair 月𫭕 means “moon round.”
Chữ Nôm evolved over centuries to write Vietnamese. Proto-Nôm, its earliest stage, dates to the 8th–9th centuries. With no single standard, writers used different graphs for the same word.

1Why does 𫭕 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
