What 𫱊 means
It is a rare Taiwan-coded form linked to 嫻.
Mandarin 嫻 (xián) means skilled or practiced, or quiet elegance. Sima Qian’s Western Han history Records of the Grand Historian uses 嫻 for command of language; a Wei-era poem by Cao Zhi uses it for a graceful woman.
Taiwan’s character code list (CNS 11643) maps entry 13-2469 from local code FD102 to 𫱊 in 2016. FD102 was a private-use placeholder.
