What 𬢳 means
It is a form of 謲, an old character for anger-provoking speech.
The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE, defines 謲 as making people angry with each other. It describes the graph as 言, the speech element, with 參 supplying its sound. The Song-era Jiyun, a pronunciation dictionary organized by rhyme, glosses it as “angry speech” in 1037. For 𬢳, Mandarin pinyin is cān; Cantonese Jyutping, a Latin-letter pronunciation guide, gives cam3.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𬢳 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
