What 𬰡 means
Handwritten manuscripts from Dunhuang write the expression by sound in forms such as 磨攞; dictionaries also preserve related forms 䩋𩉙, 𩉑𩉙, and 懡㦬. The 997 Longkan Shoujian (龍龕手鑑), a Chinese character dictionary made to help readers with Buddhist texts, glosses a related form as looking ashamed.
A poem from the Tang dynasty applies that expression to flowers described as “without spirit.” There, it means faded or lacking vitality rather than a person’s embarrassment.

1Why does 𬰡 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
