What 𬻰 means
Sawndip is the older character system for writing Zhuang. It has been used since at least the Tang period (618–907). Writers borrowed Chinese characters for their sound or meaning and also made new forms from familiar parts; Sawndip never had one standard spelling. The 1989 Ancient Zhuang Character Dictionary records this graph. The Latin-letter Standard Zhuang alphabet was introduced in 1957 and revised in 1982.

1Why does 𬻰 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
