What 𭐀 means
It is a variant of 壇, a raised platform or ritual altar.
The standard form 壇 names an earthen platform, often used as a ceremonial altar. Kaiyuan Li, a Tang-dynasty manual for court rituals, uses 𭐀 in directions locating a ritual site; the online catalog says the copy it transcribes is a Qing manuscript. In Japanese, 壇 also extends beyond a physical platform: 文壇 means “the literary world,” a community of writers.
This is a nonstandard form best kept to specialist or source-faithful text.
For ordinary writing, use 壇; this form does not name another kind of altar.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𭐀 show as a box?
The active font may not include this glyph. A Han font with CJK Extension F coverage can display it; the box is a font gap, not a change in the character.
