What 𭷟 means
Read it as 犎, the first character in the animal term 犎牛.
The Saṃyukta Āgama is a Chinese collection of Buddhist discourses. In one verse, a heavenly visitor calls 犎牛 the best among four-legged animals; the Buddha instead praises a strong horse.
The Taishō edition, a printed collection of Chinese Buddhist scriptures, has 𭷟 here. Another copy reads 峰, while Song, Yuan, and Ming editions print 犎. Unicode's source list assigns 𭷟 to SAT, the group maintaining a digital text database of the Taishō Buddhist canon.

1Why does 𭷟 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
