What 𭺰 means
It is a corpus-specific glyph for a Buddhist scripture collection.
The University of Tokyo's SAT database group proposed it for the Taishō Buddhist canon, a collection of scriptures. Unicode records the project's source identifier, USAT-00116, with the glyph.
Why does 𭺰 sometimes show as a box?
Its font may lack the outline even when the text contains it.
The SAT Unicode 10.0 list warns that browsers without web-font support may fail to display its sample glyph. A missing drawing does not mean the encoded text lacks it; check U2DEB0 before treating the passage as blank.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𭺰 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
