cjk unified ideograph-2dede

Sawndip character 𭻞

4143/7473

One Chinese character dictionary gives 𭻞 a tentative Korean gloss linking it to 𪐗, a documented variant of 黑 (“black”); take that as a clue, not a certain meaning. The character is also listed in the 1989 Dictionary of Ancient Zhuang Characters, a reference for Sawndip, the traditional character-based way to write Zhuang.

Questions people ask

1

Why does 𭻞 show as a box on some devices?

Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension F block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
