What 𭻪 means
Read it as a cultivated field. The glyph is listed among forms of 疇; classical texts also use the word for plot boundaries, kinds or categories, and “make equal.”
An early form of 疇 appears in oracle-bone inscriptions and is interpreted as worked land with furrows. Later forms combine 田, meaning “field,” with 壽 as a clue to the sound; the dictionary Shuowen Jiezi defines 疇 as land prepared for cultivation.
