𭾐

cjk unified ideograph-2df90

Variant of 盧

𭾐 is a nonstandard variant of 盧, the traditional Chinese character read lú in Mandarin. A digitized copy of Records of the Grand Historian, a Chinese chronicle, has 𭾐綰 and 盧綰 (Lu Wan) in a passage. 盧 appears in oracle-bone writing on bones and turtle shells used for divination; Shuowen Jiezi, a classical dictionary, defines it as a rice vessel. Later texts use it for “black” and as a surname.

Why does 𭾐 show as a box on some devices?
