What 𭾱 means
It is a historical written variant of 瞏. Longkan Shoujian (龍龕手鑑), a Chinese character dictionary compiled in 997 by the monk Xingjun, records 𭾱 as a nonstandard form. The book gathers readings and explanations of difficult characters and often cites Buddhist texts.
The character family is older than this spelling: inscriptions on bronze vessels more often use 睘, while the small-seal script, an old formal style of Chinese writing, uses 瞏.
