What 𮁸 means
It forms part of a chant written with Chinese characters.
The Dhāraṇī Collection, volume 8 (陀羅尼雜集), in the Taishō Buddhist canon, places it in a dhāraṇī, a recited formula of syllables.
The catalogue dates the work to China's Liang dynasty (502–557), not this exact form. Its collation compares printings from the Song, Yuan and Ming: 召佉 appears in Song, while 專陀召佉 appears in Yuan and Ming.
Why does it show as a box?
The active font may lack its glyph.
In 2018, SAT said few fonts covered Extension F and recommended the Hanazono Mincho font. If 𮁸 shows as a blank or placeholder, the active font may lack its glyph; the text can still contain the intended character.

1Why does 𮁸 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
