A Ming-era Chinese reference for characters and rhymes, 《合併字學篇韻便覽》, lists it under 禾 (“grain”); a later list for the Taishō Shinshū Daizōkyō, a Japanese Buddhist scripture edition published in 1924–1934, records 禾 left of 匊—its structure, not a gloss.
