What 𮄶 means
It is associated with 㢺, a variant of 弦. Unicode’s Extension F chart lists 㢺 as its reference glyph; Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary identifies 㢺 as a variant of 弦.
Shuowen Jiezi, a classical Chinese dictionary, defines 弦 as a string on a bow. The same word later names instrument strings and the half-moon phases whose curve resembles a drawn bow.
