What 𮆽 means
Here, it writes 鞫 in one textual witness.
The line is from Tianwen, a poem in the classical Chinese anthology Chu Ci. A Ming-era printing has 射𮆽 where other transcriptions have 射鞫. In Mandarin, 鞫 is read jū and can mean to interrogate or investigate. Commentaries read the verse differently; one takes 射鞫 as weapons that Yi’s followers hand over to Qi during their legendary struggle for rule.

1Why does 𮆽 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
