What 𮎈 means
It means feeling satisfied or at ease.
Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary, records a seal-script form of 愜 and glosses it “pleased at heart”; 㥦 is its regular-script form. Seal script is an early writing style; regular script is the standard book form. Modern Chinese more often writes 愜, with 心 at the side rather than below. Japanese dictionaries list 㥦 as a rare kanji read こころよい (“pleasant”).

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮎈 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
