What 𮑟 means
It records ndiq, a Zhuang word for “girl.” Unicode lists ndiq as this character’s Zhuang reading. A 2019 lesson in Nong Zhuang, a Zhuang variety spoken in Yunnan, uses ndiq in examples translated as “girl” and “that girl.”
Sawndip adapts Chinese-character forms and methods to write Zhuang, using forms for sound or meaning. A Tang inscription dated 682 contains Sawndip forms. In a 1175 account, Song writer Fan Chengda says people in parts of Guangxi, southern China, used the script for petitions and contracts. Those dates belong to the tradition, not necessarily this glyph. Zhuang is also written with a modified Latin alphabet.
𮑟 sits in an extended Han range. If the font lacks coverage for that range, it may show a blank box; the text still contains the same character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮑟 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
