What 𮙓 means
It writes Standard Zhuang faek in the character-based script Sawndip. Sawndip adapts Han characters by sound, meaning, or both to write Zhuang; the tradition goes back at least to Tang-era writing (618–907). A Southern Song account describes “local script” used for documents and contracts. A Sawndip dictionary records 𮙓 and 𰶛 as alternate spellings for faek. By 2024, written Zhuang chiefly used a modified Latin alphabet, while Sawndip remained in use. The spoken word descends from reconstructed Proto-Tai, an ancestor of the Tai language family: q.wakᴰ (“pod; sheath”). Thai ฝัก and Lao ຝັກ are related words.

1Why does 𮙓 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
