What 𮛞 means
It means “fast” or “quick” in Zhuang.
In Sawndip, a traditional writing system that adapts Chinese characters and components to write Zhuang, this is one written form of that word. The 1989 Ancient Zhuang Character Dictionary records the form. Standard Zhuang uses Latin letters, so typing vaiq writes the word, not this character; the older spelling vaiƽ was used from 1957–1982.
The matching Chinese character 跽 means kneeling upright on both knees, so the surrounding language matters. The wider Zhuang character-writing tradition appears in Tang-period inscriptions dated 682 and 697; the later stele includes a local graph for naz, “paddy field.” That is evidence for the tradition, not a date for 𮛞.

1Why does 𮛞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
