What 𮜱 means
It is tied to a tool used to shape bows.
Taiwan's Ministry of Education lists 㩔 as a variant of 𥴫. The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE, records 𥴫 as a bow support; a later note explains it as a tool used to shape bows. The Guangya, another early Chinese dictionary, also gives this character family a “strike” sense.
Unicode's chart prints 㩔 as the representative form for this character’s Korean source record. Regional CJK fonts can draw Han characters differently without changing which encoded character they represent.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮜱 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
