What 𮞚 means
It is the Japanese record form of 遶.
The Guangyun, a Chinese rhyme dictionary, glosses 遶 as “encircle” by 1008. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education lists 遶 as a variant of 繞, meaning “wind around.”
The JMJ-060229 source record links 𮞚 to Moji Jōhō, Japan’s government collection for administrative text and uncommon personal names.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮞚 show as a box?
The font lacks its glyph. Use one with CJK Extension F coverage, a supplementary range of Han characters. In 2018, the University of Tokyo’s SAT Buddhist-text database recommended Hanazono Mincho because few fonts covered the full range.
