Han ideograph U+2E7E4

6453/7473

𮟤 is a Han character used in Chinese writing, recorded in the Taishō Buddhist canon, a printed collection of Buddhist scriptures published in Japan from 1924–1934. It includes Chinese translations of Indian Buddhist texts and works composed in China or Japan. In 2017, a University of Tokyo project helped encode more than 2,800 characters from the collection in Unicode 10 so digital editions could preserve them as searchable text.

Why does 𮟤 show as a box on some devices?

Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension F block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
