What 𮠞 means
It is a simplified form of 䤌 for Tibetan barley beer.
Mandarin reads both forms as qiāng. The Tibetan word ཆང་ (chang) can mean barley beer; in Amdo, an eastern Tibetan region, it can refer to alcohol more generally. Speakers may say nas chang (“barley chang”) to specify the barley drink.
Gao Sisun’s Song-dynasty poem title 䤌蟹 uses the older form for a dish of wine-soaked crab. The second character means crab; 䤌 describes soaking it in wine, rather than naming the drink.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮠞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
