What 𮩕 means
It names food carried to someone, especially provisions.
The Book of Songs, an ancient Chinese poetry collection, uses 饟 in a harvest verse. The Shiji, an early Chinese history, later describes civilians moving grain for armies; dictionaries also record military provisions and pay.
Mandarin reads 饟 xiǎng. Korean Hanja dictionaries, for Chinese characters used in Korean, list yang (양), sometimes hyang (향).
